The best care will be taken to ship your item.   Glass and pottery will be packed individually with bubble wrap and other packing that is needed to be sure your item will arrive safely.   Individual DVD's will be sent in bubble envelope with cardboard on each side to help protect in the shipping process.   All items will be wrapped carefully as needed and cushioned if necessary in order to make sure you receive what you paid for in the way you expect it to be.  We value you your business and want you to be happy with your item.   Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
