Description

This is a vintage (undated but appears to be late 1960s) fishing advertising mailer from "Midwest Tackle Company" in St Louis, MO, advertising for their plastic worms etc.
The 4 items include the following
, each followed by condition:

Booklet, "How To Rig and Fish Plastic Worms," measures 4 1/8" x 6 7/8", 12 pages, complete, no illustrations (dent on the right edge of the front cover);
(2)
One page "Wholesale Catalog" of plastic worms, jig tail replacements, trout & panfish wet fly assortment, etc, measures 8 1/2" x 11", folded twice as originally mailed (no notable damage);
(3)
One page order form, with an offer to "earn free fishing tackle" by giving referrals (folded in half as originally mailed); and
(4)
