I think this was probably on a fishing pole, reel combination unit in the store, but am not 100% sure.
Pretty sure the artwork is by Les Kouba.
Not an item one sees very often, this kind of thing was usually discarded immediately.
Has some creases, top and bottom area,
Overall Nice Looking.
