It was made by Mattel in 2012.
The Ready for Potty Baby Dora set

It was recommended for kids 2 years of age and over.
The doll was fashioned after the popular Nick Jr. TV character.
She was battery-operated and interactive; she talked and sang.
This item is being sold as a replacement accessory for someone who needs it for their Ready for Potty Baby Dora doll.
However, it could also be used for pretend play as a baby doll toilet seat.
