This is an official NASA 8 1/2 x 11" Travel Request and Authorization from 1986. Astronaut Jerry Ross is requesting travel for a "SITE VISIT: DOD Meeting
SPEECH: Category 1 appearance - American Society for Metals". The document is signed in ink at the top of the document by Ross. It is also signed at the bottom by Astronaut J. D. Wetherbee.
Very interesting document showing the workings of NASA and the astronauts.
