Official NASA Travel Request Signed By Astronauts Jerry Ross and David Walker

Description

This is an official NASA 8 1/2 x 11" Travel Request and Authorization from 1983. Astronaut Jerry Ross is requesting travel for a "SPEECH: Category 2 appearance - Leadership Evansville Community Program". The document is signed in ink at the top of the document by Ross. It is also signed at the bottom by Shuttle astronaut David Walker. Walker died in 2001.
