MONTAGUE Fishing Rods Catalog cover sign with 16" Brown Trout

Description

The
Montague Rod Company
was the largest volume producer of split bamboo rods
from shortly after
1900
when they purchased the
Chubb Rod Company
in Montague,
Massachusetts until they closed down in 1955. This also shows the
Montague Game Cock
logo marked
RED WING
on bottom of logo.
The sign is made from 3/4" sign board & has a 16" Brown trout,
which hangs below on a pair of rusted stringer hooks.
All of the metal hardware is fully rusted to give it that old
"Nostalgic"
feeling.
Overall dimensions are 10 5/8" wide x 24" tall.
Each sign is handmade,
"One at a time"
