Heddon Fishing Tackle Vintage Research Crew Banner

Please note: I will not ship International nor to an APO requiring customs forms hassles.   Hi, you are bidding on a rare vintage Heddon Research Crew Banner.  Guessing 1940s-50s. This was given to Heddon dealers, which my Grandpa was back then ,  when they were testing out lure designs.  He had dozens of prototype shapes and colors given to him to test, (don't ask, they were all sold years ago), but I recently acquired the banner.  I'm not a fisherman nor collector,  so hope someone will enjoy it.  It's pretty clean given age. See photos for a few stains.  No rips or tears.  Thanks for looking.
