The booklet measures 4" x 5-1/2" and contains 46 inside pages.
The inside front cover features a photo of Joseph D. Bates, Jr., spinning expert and author on fishing books. The inside back cover features a photo of Joe Brooks, famous salt-water fly-rod fisherman. Another part of the book features what's new in fishing tackle made by Du Pont.
Pages 18 to 35 feature knots and how to make them.
There is a small paper chip at the top edge of the back page of the booklet. No other damage.
We are not sure of the date this was printed. Reference is made to this type of monofilament being used in 1939, then its use was suspended during WWII and only continued in 1945.
