Billy has had a hard life. Poor thing he was caught in a shrimp net,,,them some Tennessee knew  most of the folks back home had never seen one, so Billy got nailed to a wall. He still has a good voice for being out of the water so long tho,,,,He makes this old granny happy. He’s in very good shape,,,bless his heart.
