VERY NICE 1998 version:  Big Mouth Billy Bass, The Singing Sensation, WITH BOX, Tested Good!
Sings two songs:  "Take Me To The River", and "Don't Worry, Be Happy" (kinda ironic for a mounted fish to be singing these two songs...haha)
Includes the original box, the original power cord, the original dust cover inside the box, plus of course the battery cover and the always-missing battery cover hold-down screw :-)
The box originally contained an extra blank plate for custom engraving...but apparently that has been misplaced through the years.  Luckily this bass was displayed for a VERY short time (family member had it out for Christmas one year, then put it away) and it's been hiding in it's box ever since.  That means there's NO green battery goo...in fact the battery compartment looks absolutely brand new inside, so my guess is it never contained batteries at all.
The fish overall looks very nice and performs exactly as it should...tail wags, mouth opens and closes, and of course it wiggles out away from the back mount.  The motion sensor works as well.  The only two things bad I can point out is that the box isn't in the greatest shape (it's decent, but not minty fresh, it has some minor wear from age and storage) and there's a small white spot on the fish below the eye and behind the mouth (see last photo).  I wasn't sure how well this would show up in the regular photos so I took a close-up and circled it so folks would know what I'm talking about.  I'm under the impression this is from a factory blemish, as it didn't "peel away" when I scraped on it (gently of course)...maybe I didn't use enough elbow grease and it'll actually come off, I don't know...it's minor, but it's there so I wanted to point it out up front.  Golden Rule and all.  :-)
