Looks like this is from the Late 1980s or early 1990s
About 4.2" inches across and 3" high and near mint/ Mint condition, and never applied.
This is a sturdy cloth sew on / Iron-on type of jacket patch.
This one is in great shape, this is very nice, near perfect..
These are for collectors or could be used for a retro jacket.
