1891 painting by L.K.Eagle ~ "Waiting for the Fishing Party" with Fishing Creel

"Waiting For The Fishing Party"

It's a great vintage painting with all of the accessories that anyone needs to fish with.
His brimmed wool hat, great old boots,
fly rod, net, creel and of course the picnic basket with 2 wine bottles.
Next to the basket is another fly rod in a cloth holder and
appears to be a can of "chocolates" which tells you that
he's waiting for a woman !!
The sign is made from 3/4" sign board & has a 11 1/2" wide   x   8 3/4" tall Fishing Creel,
which hangs below on a pair of rusted stringer hooks.
(The Creel is an 1890's picture of one that I found and looks great !!! )
All of the metal hardware is fully rusted to give it that old
"Nostalgic"
feeling.
Overall dimensions are 10 5/8" wide   x    27 1/2" tall.
Each sign is handmade,
